No. Our tours are built for first-time riders. Every tour starts with a safety briefing and an operation overview before you reach the trail.

Long pants, closed shoes, and layers appropriate for the weather. We supply the helmet and goggles. Bring gloves if you have them.

Light rain is fine. If conditions become unsafe we contact you to reschedule at no charge. Cancellations we make for safety or weather are fully refundable, regardless of timing.

Full refund when you cancel 14 or more days before your slot. 50% refund 7 to 13 days before. Within 7 days we cannot refund, but you may reschedule once, subject to availability. Within 24 hours bookings are non-refundable. If we cancel for safety or weather, you receive a full refund.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your tour. During those minutes you will sign the waiver, meet your guide, and complete the safety briefing. We cannot delay tours, as late arrivals affect all scheduled groups, so arriving late may mean your booking has to be rescheduled.

No. You pay the exact tour price at checkout through Stripe, and nothing more. There is no security deposit and no pre-authorization hold placed on your card.

No. Every ride must be booked in advance and paid online. This keeps slot capacity predictable and your guide ready for the group.
