Terms of service

This is the default Terms of Service text. It can be edited by an administrator from the admin dashboard. All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance of the liability waiver. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booked slot are eligible for a full refund. Within 48 hours, refunds are at the operator's discretion based on cause. Riders must meet the minimum age stated in the tour description and follow guide instructions at all times. The operator reserves the right to cancel a ride for safety reasons; a full refund is issued in that case.
