Full refund (14+ days before): cancel at least two weeks before your tour for a full refund of your deposit. Partial refund (7–13 days): cancel a week or more before the tour for a 50% refund of your deposit. Reschedule (under 7 days): we cannot refund inside 7 days, but you may reschedule once, subject to availability. Non-refundable (under 24 hours): bookings are non-refundable and nonschedule within 24 hours, as your guide is reserved for your trip. If ATV Wilderness cancels for safety or weather, you receive a full refund regardless of timing.
Refund policy
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued
