## ATV Wilderness Liability Waiver By signing below, I acknowledge that off-road ATV riding involves inherent risks including but not limited to physical injury, equipment damage, and weather-related hazards. I confirm that I am physically fit to participate, will follow all instructions given by the ATV Wilderness guide, and will wear the safety equipment provided at all times during the tour. I understand that ATV Wilderness Ottawa, its operators, and its agents are not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation, except where caused by gross negligence. This waiver is binding on me and my heirs.
